Bridal Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, fashionable, and professional person to join our team. Saturday's and Sunday's availability is required.

Helping brides find the one takes confidence, knowledge, maturity, and excellent listening skills. We strive to provide brides with a high level of customer service which requires attention to details, including measuring accurately.

Job duties include helping and guiding brides and their tribes to find their attire, measuring to help choose sizes, filling out contracts accurately and explaining them, receiving, inspecting, and steaming inventory and special ordered gowns, helping brides during pick up appointments, fashion merchandising, cleaning the shop, schedule appointments via phone/email, knowledgeably answer client questions, network with other wedding pros, help with bridal shows, fashion shows, and styled shoots. Must have a positive attitude and low drama.
Would love to have a bi-lingual team member. Retail/Bridal experience a plus!

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Bridal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bridal fashion and a strong background in retail management. As the Assistant Bridal Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager/owner in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Your ability to lead by example and motivate the team will be essential in creating a positive and productive work environment. You will also be expected to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every bride has a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience. In addition, you will assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
